The Senior Alliance is looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented RN to conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate services that support aging adults across our region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with social workers, families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure participants receive the care and support they need to thrive.
If you value collaboration, attention to detail, and meaningful work that directly impacts lives, this could be the perfect fit.
? Michigan RN license required
? Experience working with older adults preferred
