Ms. H has been using The Senior Alliance Transportation program since 2017. She sent a letter to The Senior Alliance stating:
“Your transportation company is the best in the world, and your drivers are the most loving and caring people for helping seniors with their needs regarding transporting us to our appointments. The drivers come on time, and most of the time, it’s at least 15 minutes before my pick-up time. They ask me how I’m FEELING before they open the car door for me to get in and sit down, and then they put my seatbelt on.
I appreciate and love them for that. I never have to wait for them to transport me back home. They are very professional, with people skills and great bedside manners. Please keep them forever!
Your drivers drive very carefully and drive me like I am precious cargo.
