The Senior Alliance’s Medicare Counseling program is your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) that provides free, unbiased resource to help you navigate Medicare.

If you have questions, the Medicare Counseling Program has answers. We assist individuals of all ages who have or are preparing to enroll in Medicare.

We don’t sell Medicare plans—we just help you understand them. Our local, certified counselors provide resources, help you review your plan options and enroll in the plan of your choice, and/or apply for benefits to reduce your healthcare costs. Let us be your guide to maximize your benefits and savings.

How to reach our certified counselors:

  • Call to make an appointment at Medicare counseling site
  • Contact our office to schedule a telephone appointment

We accept walk-ins at our Medicare counseling sites, but to ensure an appropriate number of counselors are present, we ask that you make an appointment for the location/date of your choice.

For questions or to schedule an appointment, please call 734.727.2067.

We have counselors who speak Arabic, French and American Sign Language. If you speak another language, we have resources to assist you too.
