Celebrating Debbie Parker

Retirement celebration photo

We celebrated one of our employee’s upcoming retirement at a recent staff meeting.

Debbie Parker has been with us for almost 5 years and will be retiring in February.

This is what Debbie had to say after the celebration:

“Thank you all for the well wishes and the celebration with the cake and card. It was unexpected and very much appreciated. TSA is a great place to work and wish I had found TSA earlier in my career. I will miss all my co-workers because you are a great team and wonderful individuals. Keep up the good work!!” On behalf of everyone at The Senior Alliance, thank you, Debbie, for all of the hard work that you have done.

You will be missed here at TSA.

Congratulations to our Star Performer of the Month, Patty Burns.🌟

Here is what her manager, Gail Wejrowski, had to say about her:

“Patty is truly an extraordinary member of our team. Her dedication shone brightly during our CQAR audit, where two of her participant records were reviewed, and impressively, the auditors had no criticisms or follow-up requests – a very rare accomplishment.

Patty’s exceptional talent in handling challenging cases with a positive spirit, sharp critical thinking, and deep understanding of the Waiver program is admirable. Beyond her direct work, she’s an inspiring mentor, having guided three new social workers over the last year with great success.

We’re incredibly lucky to have someone as remarkable as Patty in our department. She is truly remarkable!”

Congratulations, Patty.
