ACLS Contractors
The Senior Alliance awards three-year contracts to selected organizations to provide state and federally-funded services to older adults and caregivers in the region we serve. All contracted organizations must comply with the State of Michigan Aging, Community Living, and Supports (ACLS) Bureau Operating Standards for Service Programs. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be issued every three years for new three-year contracts.
Letters of Intent Notice: FY 2027-2029 Request for Proposals
The Senior Alliance is requesting proposals for FY 2027-2029 (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029) to provide services to adults age 60 and older in the 34 communities of southern and western Wayne County, Michigan. Some adult day care and respite funding will include service to individuals who are age 18 and older.

2026 Letters of Intent Instructions
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available only to those who submit a Letter of Intent in writing NO LATER than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026.
